Marquis at Preston has Condos!

The Marquis of Preston in Cary are condos located off of High House Road in Cary, NC and are part of the GIANT subdivision of Preston. Other nearby Preston neighborhoods include Preston Pointe (to see an example of a home on the market in Preston Pointe, click here), Georgetown at Preston, Preston Estates, Preston Village and so many more.

Preston has soccer fields, a Golf Course, pool, tennis courts and several centrally located shopping centers nearby. The shopping centers (including Preston Center, Preston Professional Center I & II, and Preston Walk) are public, but the golf courses, Prestonwood Country Club and pools are private. You can get too many of the Prestons from several different areas, including Cary Parkway, Davis Drive and High House Roads.

Churchill Estates has a Swimming Pool & Playground!

Churchill Estates is a neighborhood located with easy access to Holly Springs Road in Cary, NC.
Churchill Estates is a newer subdivision with some home sites still available. There are many that back up to trees and are located in culdesacs. The homes are attractive with brick and stone accents along with 2-3 car garages and throughout the area sidewalks on both sides of the street are visible.
The community has a great playground and a swimming pool/clubhouse. Another nice feature is that Churchill Estates is within walking distance to Crowder District Park where there are walking trails, a playground, pavillions and a small lake.

Muir Woods is located in Cary off of Cary Parkway (across from Arlington Ridge). It’s not one of the newer neighborhoods of Cary, having large, mature trees and shady, wooded lots with single family homes. There are winding, hilly roads - I wouldn’t call it a cookie-cutter neighborhood, but the homes are similar in style – traditional for the most part, with a spattering of colonial and cape cods. Muir Woods is not far from MacArthur Park, Preston areas, Avalon and other more established Cary neighborhoods.
